What to include
Send from your sign-in email where possible, and include the email address or phone number used for your account. If you use phone sign-in or cannot access the sign-in email, explain that in your request so support can arrange identity verification. Never send passwords, one-time codes or medical documents. We may need to verify account ownership before deletion. Support will reply about verification and completion; this page does not submit a request automatically.
Delete inside the app
Open Settings → Delete account, read the deletion details, type DELETE and confirm. You may need to sign in again. If cloud cleanup fails, the account and local records remain available so you can retry. If the app reports incomplete deletion, retry or email support with the reported problem.
What deletion covers
Deletion covers your sign-in account and its associated cloud backup, AI memory/context notes, usage data, owned shared profiles and invitations. The in-app process also clears that account's records and documents from the current phone. Staged caregiver contributions in profiles you own are included in cleanup. The in-app process does not remove invitation email delivery records, invitations received from other owners or contributions you sent to someone else's profile; include these in a support request if you want them reviewed for deletion. Support can also investigate cloud data left by failed cleanup.
Copies and retention to understand
Cancel any active store subscription separately before deleting your account. Account deletion does not cancel recurring Apple App Store or Google Play billing. Manage cancellation in your store's subscription settings. Deletion removes your credit wallet and does not request a refund.
- Uninstalling alone does not delete your account or cloud backup. Turning off automatic backup does not erase an existing backup.
- A web request cannot remotely erase offline local records on another device. Clear the app's storage or remove those copies on each device.
- Exported PDFs, downloaded files and delivered invitation emails can remain with their recipients. Previously imported caregiver contributions can remain in another person's medical records.
- Credit-wallet, usage-operation and temporary AI-result deletion is requested before the sign-in account is removed. Limited hashed purchase/account references, transaction status and an account deletion marker remain to prevent purchase replay and recreation by in-flight requests. These retained records contain no medical content. Account deletion does not itself request a store refund.
- Google's operational service logs are governed by the applicable service policies. We cannot promise deletion of data outside our control.
Export records you want to keep before requesting deletion. An account cloud backup is itself part of the deletion request and is not a way to preserve those records afterward.
